I just completed this week’s class assignments, and finished updating (or “cleaning up”) my resume and references. I’m not sure if I am to attach a cover letter. Should I, anyway? It’s almost 1 in the afternoon, and I have nothing to do. I guess I can utilize this time to brush up on my interview skills? LOL! Or work on a new layout for this blog and continue on my portfolio…

I don’t think I’ve ever applied for a job with an actual cover letter. I remember learning it in school. You are gonna floor them.

In school, we were always taught to include a cover letter because it sets apart the application.

I never have nothing to do, except in the summer :( I really shouldn’t procrastinate with all my work!

I did some research if a cover letter is required. It is optional, but is strongly encouraged if applying for a corporate position. So, for me, it isn’t necessary. *phew* I was having a hard time making one earlier. LOL!

I hope I don’t wake up with a zit. Ew, what a way to start the day!

my cousin says it’s always good to attach a cover letter. i never knew why. but i’ve done it. it doesn’t really do anything for me. the interviewing is what gets them. i think…

Yes, attach a cover letter! Congrats on finishing all your work… I need to crack down, and just do that as well.

    P.S.
No Scrollbars?! I see scrollbars… What’s your browser and its version?

I made a cover letter real quick before I went for my interview! The hiring managers giggled at me because I didn’t need to submit one. Hahaha! But all went well =)
