Almost six years of design and webdevelopment projects are all gone. Why? Apparently, my favorite (but old) external hard drive that I have been using for that many years has finally decided to crash and burn.
All of my vector illustrations are gone. All of my previous layouts (used and unused) in their original PSD files are gone. All of my pictures since I bought my very first digital camera are gone (that’s 3 years of memories).
With that said, I have NOTHING to show in my portfolio because those files are gone, too.
*le sigh*

Wow. I am sorry to hear that. I know it must truly be an inconvenience! I have had a few harddrives crash before and I have invested in some backup systems.

OMG! thats the worst ever! i feel your pain. even though i didn’t have any missing projects, but i had years of digital photos saved on photobucket and it’s ALL gone!!
