“I said, ‘Do it!’”
No, it’s not a sexual demand.
Although,…
Ha! Moving on:
I hate being sick. I’m all congested and snotty. Oh yes, very attractive!
I hope I won’t still be sick next week when I go in for my annual check-up down there *slash* follow-up on my kidney. I made it clear that I want to include a breast exam. The nurse that was scheduling my appointment said it isn’t “necessary” since I’m not over 30 yet. What the?! I found THAT odd considering it’s Breast Cancer Awareness month. You’re a nurse. Shouldn’t you be ENCOURAGING women to be more aware? Regardless of age, shouldn’t having your breast examined be taken into consideration anyway? I would think it should because the earlier detected, the better to prevent it (or any type of cancer) from spreading…
Anyway, I may have sounded like a b*tch towards the nurse, but I want my damn breasts examined!
Oh crap, I should also make an appointment with an optometrist. My glasses are due for an “upgrade”. The upside of it is I get to have new pairs!

they should do a breast exam. what is wrong w/ that nurse? well, when the doctor comes in you can tell her/him that you want them examed. i’m sure they’ll do it.
i’m sorry that you’re feeling under the weather! tis the season!! =P

I hate being sick too… Yeah, I read somewhere that you don’t need one til 25 or 30 or something.
But my doctor always does it during a check up, because it runs in my family.
New glasses! I hate getting that air blown in my eye during a check up though.

@ cyn
The nurse is an idiot, I guess. I’m hoping she won’t be the one attending to me on my appt. Blah, this weather blows! Lol.

Ugh, I forgot about the air thing. I also hate it when they have to dilate my pupils. It makes it harder to drive afterwards. I just hope it won’t rain when I go in. *crosses fingers*
